What is the first-order offer?
Your first 25L is normally £125 including VAT. Eligible first orders receive £25 off and free first-order shipping.
How much can I order?
Our minimum order quantity is 25 litres. Orders from 500 litres are quoted personally by affo.
How is frozen delivery calculated?
affo is made fresh to order and delivered frozen. Order by 12pm on Monday for delivery on Thursday or Friday that week. Orders placed later arrive the following week. Delivery is £9.99, or free when the order subtotal is £200 or more.
Is affo dairy free or vegan?
affo contains dairy, so it is not currently vegan, dairy-free or lactose-free.
When do I pay?
Not when you submit the basket. Sign In with your work email, then send your order request. Emily confirms the offer and frozen delivery before issuing the Shopify invoice.
